BWYFA is part of the South Suburban Youth Football League (SSYFL) which consists of two divisions: (South Football Conference)has Baldwin-Whitehall, Bethel Park, Steel Valley, West Mifflin, Brentwood, South Park, West Allegheny and Thomas Jefferson; ....(North Football Conference) has Chartiers Valley, Montour, North Hills, South Side, Avonworth, Brookline,, Carlynton , and Upper St.Clair. The purpose of BWYFA is to teach our youth the true meaning of sportsmanship and the coming together to achieve one common goal - that is, to be The Best They Can Be. Not all youth are given the talent to be high school athletes/cheerleaders, but, through the efforts of our association, they will be given the opportunity to have their 'Day in the Sun'', to share an experience that no one can take away from them and that will last a lifetime.
